How To Build Your Own Paintball Field For Free
And no... you won't have to dig through other peoples trash. There is always a way to get something done, and if you have been sitting on the edge of building your own paintball field because you didn't know how to get the materials to do so, the good news is if you look in the right places, it's not too hard to find what you need for free!
If you are wanting to build your own paintball field for practice, or fun, but don't want to break your bank, getting free building materials is your best bet. There's nothing better than free!
We wrote earlier about different types of homemade bunkers you could make using fence posts and pallets, carpet, or even grass clippings and fence wiring, but how can you get what you need for free? The Internet has made it even easier to get your share of free stuff with sites like craigslist.com, and freecycle.org.
To find free building materials for a paintball field, check out those sites, and select the place where you live, or pick an area close to you. Craigslist has a free section where people list things that they want to get rid of. Everything on Freecycle is free, and to find what's near you select a city near you. If no one is giving away what you are looking for, on both Craigslist and Freecycle you can post a wanted ad for free fence posts, pallets, lumber, or whatever it is you'd like.

ok, so we’re building a total of 6 fields, 2 are very close to completion, and 2 other concepts are going to be built, but were not using the blow up bunkers…we clearing out the back side of 100 acres to put the fields up and building structures from the ground up…im having a hard time coming up with fesable ideas…i need 2 more themed field lay-outs…were based in southern alabama and if you can come up with some good ideas, ill let you bring a couple buddies and run all 6 courses and provide all the gear…were also putting in a camp-site with fire pits and grills for those who want to spend the weekend…were in the COUNTRY, no disturbances what so ever…any suggestions would be great but if we use your lay-out you and 4 or 5 friends can spend the weekend here if your within traveling distance…i hope someone reading this will have something we can use…thanks
One thing me and some friends up here in Canada are looking at doing is like a rebel camp lean to style buildings (maybe a few out of cinder block if we can get a cheap hookup) and a few bombed out cars (old paintball tanks) mike be worth some consideration.
