Homemade Air Powered Paintball Gun
This homemade paintball gun is based off of a homemade air gun design. The hand pump pressurizes the plastic bottle which propels the paintball after the release valve is opened. These are pretty simple to make, just grab some pvc pipe thats the right size, a hand pump, and a release valve and you are almost there. You can find designs for air cannons all over the internet, just search for "homemade air cannon," or "homemade air rifle," and you'll find some pretty simple designs, like this homemade air rifle at instructibles. I'm not sure whether this would be more effective than an homemade combustion paintball gun, but it looks like it shoots alright.

The instructions are all there, just keep the overall function in mind and rearrange it to fit the one in the above video and presto, you got it.

hay i made something like that except mine shoots nerf darts. it had a 1/2 in. pvc barrel and a 1/2 in. pvc ball valve.(wear the 1/2 is the ball valve) and a pump from a broken nerf gun. (it might fier paint balls)
sorry about that the pic didnt come out the way it should have. well their IS a pump atached to a 20 oz pop bottle, and comeing out of the bottle is the 1/2 inch pvc pipe. at about a foot 1/2 their is a 1/2 inch pvc ball valve, and off of the end of the valve isa 6 inch long barrel.
